11. Why are there no job postings for me to apply for?
We have taken away the job posting process to make the site more attractive for employers to use. Job postings are costly, takes a great deal of time to create and attract many unqualified candidates who send their profiles to a prospective employer. This unique feature should enable us to have an employer registration second to none increasing your chances of being contacted for an employment opportunity.
12. What are some tips on making my personal career profile show up more frequently on employer’s searches?
Keep your personal career profiles up to date. Log into your account at least once a month and edit your profile if even you don’t change anything. This updates your profile’s “date last modified” to show Hospitality123 and potential employers your profile is up to date. Refrain from using the “Any” selection when creating or updating your profile. “Any” is very generic and employers want to know specifically what your preferences are. Be as detailed as you can in all sections of your personal career profile. Employers can also search your profiles by keywords therefore the more descriptive you are regarding your professional designations or responsibilities, the greater the chance of being displayed in their searches.

Our service is extremely unique in that we take away the job posting process for employers eliminating costly fees and time consuming activities.
